I'm a Holistic Health Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Auriculotherapist, Vibrational Medicine Therapist + HypnoBirthing Educator. I work with people to help them learn how to create a safe, sacred space for themselves at transformational times in their lives.

I use vibrational medicine to work with people who are sick of using bandaids to cover up health issues. People whose doctors have no solutions, or have told them they're "fine" yet they most definitely do not feel fine.

I help people get to the root of what is keeping them unwell + activate their body's natural healing abilities.

Then I can I help them to find relief of acute pain after injury/surgery, chronic pain, digestive issues, migraines, post viral syndrome, fatigue and more after illness or traumatic events... I have seen migraines stop, people lose weight... others go without having panic attacks anymore as their quality of life improves.

I also assist families that are tired of the western medical system's approach to pregnancy, birth + postpartum. I help them to remember the sacred rituals + practices our ancestors used to harness this transformative time of life. This returns birth back to the joyful + empowering event that it has always been.
