What is Crystal Reiki?

Crystal Reiki is a holistic healing modality that combines the energy-balancing techniques of Reiki with the vibrational frequencies of crystals. It allows a practitioner to amplify and focus universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being.

What is Virtual {or distance} Crystal Reiki and how does it work?

Distance crystal Reiki works by using the distance reiki symbol and focused intention to bridge the gap between practitioner and recipient, regardless of location. Crystals amplify this energy, acting as conduits for healing, often arranged in grids or held by the practitioner to represent the client. Sessions often involve virtual, real-time connection (Zoom/phone) where energy is directed to specific chakras or areas, with clients often feeling sensations similar to in-person sessions.

For these sessions, you will also be guided through a relaxing meditation and visualiztion that includes some breathwork and light hypnotherapy to help you relax fully and be open and receptive to the reiki energy.

Key Aspects of How It Works:

•  The Distance Symbol (𝐻𝑜𝑛𝑆ℎ𝑎𝑍𝑒𝑆ℎ𝑜𝑁𝑒𝑛): This sacred symbol is used to transcend physical and temporal boundaries, allowing energy to be sent to anyone, anywhere.
•  Intention and Visualization: The practitioner uses the client's name, photograph or on zoom, their video image, and/or a surrogate (like a crystal) to focus the energy.
•  Crystal Amplification: Crystals, such as clear quartz or selenite, are used to store, amplify, and direct the Reiki energy to the recipient.
•  Energy Transmission:The practitioner acts as a conduit for the universal life force energy, directing it to the recipient's energy field to remove blockages and balance chakras.
•  Connection and Consent: Just like in-person, you will be asked for your permission to be sent reiki and asked to be open to receiving it first to establish consent and a connection with the practitioner.

ABOUT 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE SESSION BEGINS. find a quiet place to be for an hour. create sacred space for yourself, bring headphones for better sound and immersion.
