Each of the sessions will move you through the energy that is behind the issues that hold you back from moving forward in your life.

🔑SESSION ONE: AWARENESS

using human design we will go over key aspects of your chart to help you recognize your limiting beliefs. We dive deep into the conditioning behind these beliefs to fully understand them.

🔑SESSION TWO: UNWINDING

we use cutting edge therapies to get you into a brain state that helps to quiet the critical mind. This part of our brain protects us in dangerous situations, yet it also holds us back from being able to easily change bad habits that hold us back. I like to call this rewiring the brain, or creating new neural pathways. This helps you to stop using the old unhealthy pathways and switch to better ways of doing things.

🔑SESSION THREE: REBIRTHING

we use somatic practices to bring the issues and emotions surrounding them to the surface and work on processing them to clear the tissues of any residue left behind in the body.

one of the biggest pieces of the work is clearing the energy of the emotions that are stuck in the body, most likely creating fatigue, anxiety, digestive issues, headaches and other physical manifestations.

we will then install healthier new ideas, habits and ways of doing things, to cement in the work that we’ve done together. 

🔑SESSION FOUR: RESTORATION

This process will prompt you to raise your vibration and reprogram your manifesting magnet to adjust what you’re attracting to match the intentions you set for yourself. 

🔑SESSION FIVE: LIFE PURPOSE MASTERY

This session uses human design to help you learn more about yourself and what you came here to do. Your unique life purpose statement will help guide you into the next phase of your life with confidence!
