We'll be looking into our human design charts to decode where ancestral and past life trauma is stored.

WHAT IS ANCESTRAL + PAST LIFE TRAUMA?

Ancestral trauma is trauma that is passed down from previous generations to the present. It can affect our mental health, our relationships, our behaviors, and our sense of identity.

Ancestral trauma (also known as intergenerational or transgenerational trauma) is the transmission of psychological, emotional, and behavioral effects of traumatic experiences from survivors to their descendants. Originating from events like war, oppression, or slavery, this trauma is passed down through both behavioral conditioning (rearing) and epigenetic changes that alter gene expression. 

Past life trauma is the same thing, but believed to be passed down from past lives.

We can witness how we are conditioned by these factors in our human design charts, effectively bringing awareness to it and it's effects, so that we may start to decondition and heal it.
