This 12 hour virtual LIVE training includes Reiki I attunement and training,

Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-healing, energy awareness, and the fundamentals of Usui Reiki. Students receive an attunement to open their energy channels, learn the history and principles of Reiki, and practice hand positions for self-treatment and healing others (friends, family, pets). It is the foundational, beginner-level, hands-on healing course. 

Key topics and skills taught in Reiki 1 include:

• Reiki Attunement: An initiation process that connects the student to the Reiki energy source.
• History and Philosophy: The origin of Reiki, Mikao Usui, and the Reiki principles/precepts.
• Self-Healing Techniques: Specific hand positions for daily self-treatment to promote personal well-being.
• Treating Others: Guidelines for using hand positions to offer Reiki to family, friends, and pets.
• Anatomy for Reiki: Guidance on the physical body's anatomy for reiki sessions.
• Energy Awareness: Understanding the human energy system, including chakras and aura.
• Intuitive Development: Learn how your intuition speaks to you and how to use it with reiki.
• Practical Work: Practice reiki skills with others and on yourself during the many interactive aspects of the class.
• Integrative Work: We will spend time integrating your new knowledge so that you feel comfortable and confident using it.

Upon completion, participants receive a certificate and are prepared to practice on themselves and others to facilitate relaxation and healing. 

THIS LIVE TRAINING IS 3/26-3/29 AND WILL BE HELD VIA PRIVATE VIRTUAL CLASSROOM ONLINE.

YOU MAY MISS THE FIRST TWO CLASSES AND THEY WILL BE RECORDED, BUT YOU MUST ATTEND THE OTHER TWO LIVE.

THE RECORDINGS AND CONTENT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR 4 WEEKS.

THERE WILL BE TIME FOR Q+A AS WELL.
