Gate 32 in the human design mandala is being illuminated by solar energy and it’s allowing us to witness what is coming up for healing at this pivotal time
We have the opportunity to clear away some of the things that have been holding us (and our entire ancestral line) back

Energetic dissonance that continues to affect us even if we don’t realize it
Sadness, grief, mourning of our ancestors is held in our DNA and our energy bodies

- a crystal of your choosing {I recommend clear quartz, but one that you intuitively choose is perfect}
- a warm beverage {I'll have an herbal coffee latte}
- a journal and pen
- a candle {optional}
- sacred cleansing herbs or incense to burn {optional}
- a pendulum {optional}
