What is Virtual {or distance} Crystal Reiki and how does it work?

Distance crystal Reiki works by using the distance reiki symbol and focused intention to bridge the gap between practitioner and recipient, regardless of location.

Crystals amplify this energy, acting as conduits for healing, often arranged in grids or held by the practitioner to represent the client.

Sessions often involve virtual, real-time connection (Zoom/phone) where energy is directed to specific chakras or areas, with clients often feeling sensations similar to in-person sessions.

For these sessions, you will also be guided through a relaxing meditation and visualiztion that includes some breathwork and light hypnotherapy to help you relax fully and be open and receptive to the reiki energy.

In fact, I find virtual sessions even more effective because I don’t have to get up and go home after my treatment, allowing it to go even deeper!
